Your Role:
As a Real Estate Agent specializing in the Secondary Market , you'll play a key role in connecting clients with the best opportunities in Dubai's thriving real estate sector.

What You'll Do:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties exclusively in the secondary market.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique property needs.
• Conduct market analyses to provide clients with competitive pricing and investment insights.
• Negotiate and close deals to deliver exceptional results.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, regulations, and market developments.
• Manage all transaction-related documentation with precision and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market (minimum 2 years required).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering results.
