Client Engagement:

Meet and interact with clients to identify their property needs and preferences. Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

Property Sales and Rentals:

Present and promote properties that match client requirements. Assist clients with property viewings, explaining features, and answering questions. Negotiate deals to meet both buyer and seller expectations.

Market Knowledge:

Stay informed about the local property market, trends, and property values. Provide accurate information on market conditions, pricing, and investment potential.

Documentation and Compliance:

Guide clients through legal documentation, contracts, and paperwork required for transactions. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Marketing and Networking:

Promote properties through online listings, social media, and other marketing platforms. Develop a network of property owners, developers, and other real estate professionals.

Customer Support:

Address client inquiries and provide post-sale services to ensure customer satisfaction. Offer financial advice or coordinate with loan officers and other professionals, if required.

Required experience in Secondary market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

Dubai Secondary: 1 year (Preferred)
