Position Overview:

As a Secondary Real Estate Agent, you will specialize in the resale market of properties in Dubai. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, listing, and selling residential and commercial properties. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients to buy, sell, or rent properties and provide expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve the best possible terms for all parties.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Assist clients in preparing necessary documentation, including sales agreements, leases, and legal contracts.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
• Monitor and manage the progress of property deals from initiation to closing, addressing any issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the secondary market in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including key areas, property types, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Its a salary plus commission role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
