We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent who is fluent in Russian to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to cater to our Russian-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide clients with comprehensive and accurate information about properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc.).
• Collaborate with other real estate agents and professionals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid real estate license (if applicable in your area).
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
