Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Russian-Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Russian-speaking clients in finding and securing residential, commercial, and investment properties in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain a portfolio of Russian-speaking clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
• Assist Russian-speaking clients in understanding the local real estate market, regulations, and processes.
• Property Listings & Market Research:
• Conduct thorough research on available properties, including apartments, villas, offices, and commercial spaces in Abu Dhabi.
• Regularly update property listings and ensure accurate information is presented to clients.
• Provide clients with comprehensive market insights, including property values, neighborhood trends, and investment potential.
• Property Showings & Negotiation:
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing client inquiries.
• Negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Liaise with property owners, developers, and landlords to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Documentation & Transactions:
• Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or renting process, from initial inquiries to contract signing.
• Assist with documentation, including rental agreements, sales contracts, and legal paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with all local real estate laws and regulations.
• Marketing & Business Development:
• Assist with marketing initiatives to promote properties and increase brand visibility among Russian-speaking clients.
• Participate in industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to expand your client base.
• Customer Service & After-Sales Support:
• Provide exceptional post-sale and post-rental service, assisting clients with any additional requests or inquiries.
• Address client feedback and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Language Skills:
• Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in English is highly desirable; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or related fields (minimum of 1-2 years preferred).
• Experience in working with expatriate clients, particularly Russian-speaking clients, is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Qualifications:
• A valid UAE driver's license is preferred (for property viewings and client meetings).
• Real estate certification in the UAE (e.g., RERA accreditation) is an advantage.
