As a Real Estate Agent at Property Shop Investment (PSI), you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi. Your role will involve working with Russian-speaking clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and facilitate smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget. Provide personalized advice and property recommendations.
• Property Listings: Manage and update property listings. Conduct market research to stay informed about current market trends and property values.
• Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings for clients. Highlight the features and benefits of properties and address any questions.
• Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating terms and conditions of property transactions. Aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients while maintaining professional standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to real estate transactions. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and follow-up throughout the transaction process.
• Networking: Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including other real estate professionals, potential buyers, and sellers.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is advantageous.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Personal Traits: Professional demeanor, client-focused, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
