Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our Sales Team. Language: Russian, German, Italian, French & Chinese Speaker (Required) A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a passion for Real Estate. * Desired Candidate Profile:

Highly Motivated with Strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate Industry.
Excellent Time- Management and organization skills.
Presentable & Well-dressed
Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
We are looking for at least 1-2 Years experience in the same field

Duties and Responsibilities:

Taking care of the international buyers/clients of the company.
Daily calling on new data and leads provided, follow up with the existing clients.
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers/tenants for their property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
Analyzing potential customer's with their requirements and suggest them property/ buying options.
Achieving Sales target by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
Generate new meeting/leads through calls.
Provide honest feedback to clients and promote ethics and integrity on all transactions.
Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
