Role Description

The Real Estate Resale Agent is responsible for managing all aspects of the seller's transactions from first contact to purchase agreement. The successful candidate will need to execute all required steps to list a property and get it under the agreement, such as preparing listing materials and pre-listing presentations, coordinating showings, and scheduling open houses. Serves as point person in consulting with sellers in coordinating staging, property photography, repairs, home improvements, lockbox, access requirements, and other marketing activities required for showing the properties.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
• 2 years Proven experience as telesales representative with minimum 2 years' experience or other sales/customer service role.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Appealing appearance on the phone.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales queries preferably over the phone.
