As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Property Listings and Sales:

List and market properties for sale or rent, utilizing effective marketing strategies.

Conduct property showings, provide valuable insights, and negotiate offers to achieve successful transactions.

Market Analysis and Pricing:

Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments.

Conduct comparative market analysis to determine the optimal pricing for properties.

Transaction Management:

Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Coordinate with other professionals, such as inspectors, appraisers, and mortgage brokers, to facilitate successful closings.

Legal Compliance:

Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards in all transactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate field.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Must have UAE driving license
• Having a car is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be fluent in English
• Knowing Arabic is an advantage

Compensation:

Commission-based with earning potential based on sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
