Job Description

Conducting market research to determine property values and competitive prices. Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients. Assisting clients in the buying or renting process, including showing properties and providing information on neighborhoods and amenities. Providing guidance and advice to clients on property investments and financing options. Preparing and presenting offers and counteroffers to clients. Managing property listings, including updating information and coordinating showings. Collaborating with other professionals, such as lawyers, appraisers, and mortgage brokers, to facilitate smooth transactions. Keeping up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulations.
