We are seeking

Property Consultant

to expand our team.

Responsibilities:

- The Property Consultant will also handle all aspects of the real estate transaction process, including property listings, property visits, and negotiations with clients, property buyers, and sellers.

- Identification of customer needs and formation of commercial solutions for them.

- Conducting showings of objects and closing deals, providing repeated requests and recommendations.

- Work on selection with clients aimed at different price segments. - Implementation of the sales plan and work for the result.

- Providing real estate investment consultations for clients. For both leasing and selling.

- Formation of the workflow in accordance with effective company regulations.

- Attractive commission structure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 per month with Attractive commission

Office Timings from 10am to 5:30pm.

Office in Prime Business Centre JVC Dubai.
