Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance and market insights.
Conduct property viewings and negotiations to close successful deals.
Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Work closely with developers, property owners, and investors to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate marketing strategies.
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
RERA certification is a plus.
