Role requirements:

Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers. Conduct market appraisals for listings. List properties on our CRM system Reapit. Qualify clients and arrange viewings Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties. Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency. Keep record of properties, clients, and owners.

What you will need:

Demonstrated success in UK real estate or Sales/Finance/Banking A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Self-motivation and a strong work ethic. A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
