Job Title: Sales and Rental Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time : We are seeking a highly experienced candidate to oversee the sales and rental teams in our Dubai office. As a the Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of real estate agents and ensuring that all sales and rental targets are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Dubai real estate market and be able to manage a large team of agents effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the sales and rental teams, ensuring that all targets and KPIs are met
Recruit, train, and develop new agents to ensure that the team is always performing at its best
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry
Monitor the performance of individual agents and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Provide guidance and support to the team on negotiating deals and closing sales
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company\'s properties and services
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market

Requirements:

Experience in Dubai real estate industry
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage a large team of agents effectively
Fluent in English, ability to speak other languages are a bonus
