Key Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to assess their needs. Generate and manage lists of available properties. Guide and assist clients in making well-informed buying, selling, and leasing decisions. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both buyers and sellers. Perform comparative market analyses to assess property values. Conduct property viewings and manage follow-ups. Stay updated on sales and leasing trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate or undergraduate degree. Real Estate experience is must. Strong personality with excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Passionate about real estate and eager to learn.
