Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Assist clients find best deals either in sales or leasing by offering professional guidance.
• Negotiate and close property deals,
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and community insights.

Requirements:

• knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary + Competitive commission .
• Fresh and result oriented leads generated from campaigns & Platforms .
• Providing training for new joiners and assisting them during the preparation period .
