• Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiation: Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Documentation: Assist clients in preparing necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract clients.
• Market Updates: Keep clients informed about market trends, property values, and local developments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
• Valid real estate license (as required by local regulations).
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
