Overview:

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Real Estate Agent with fluency in a European language. This full-time role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires an individual with an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and excellent communication abilities to serve both local and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including residential, commercial, and luxury properties. Provide updates on property trends, legal requirements, and investment opportunities in the region. Arrange and conduct property showings, open houses, and viewings. Create and present property listings with compelling photos and virtual tours. Handle negotiations for sales and rental agreements. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service. Stay well-informed about market trends and real estate laws in the UAE.

Qualifications:

Fluency in a European language (e.g., English, French, German, Spanish). Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent, with experience in Abu Dhabi or a similar market preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in real estate tools and platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline is an advantage.
