We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Real Estate Agent (Dutch Speaker)
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Russian-speaking clients in finding and securing residential, commercial, and investment properties in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
• Maintain and update property listings.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry.
• Prepare and present sales contracts and agreements.
• Stay updated with market trends and property laws in the UAE.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience with CRM software.
