You will be responsible for guiding clients through the process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.What will your day/month look like?

• Building a portfolio of properties ready to put on the market
• Visiting and checking multiple properties on a daily basis
• Assisting clients in a professional ethical manner in finding them a suitable property
• Carrying out viewings in a timely manner
• Staying up to date with the current property market
• Ensuring you build professional relationships with clients and landlords
• Servicing all leads as efficiently as possible
• Following up with clients on a regular basis
• Updating the CRM regularly and accurately
• Following companys policy and procedure for each internal and external transaction

We are looking for property consultants who have the following skills:

• Willing to work on a commission only pay structure
• Ideally 2 years in a target-driven environment is an advantage
• Full/International driving license
• Determination to succeed
• Positive with a strong worth ethic
• Team player * Good negotiation, communication, and networking skills
• Confident and well-presented
• Desire to listen, learn, and improve
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc)
