Job Type: Full-Time

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of UAE real estate experience is preferred.

Job Overview:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through the real estate process, from initial consultation to closing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local market, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation: Represent clients in the purchase, sale, or rental of residential and commercial properties.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify properties that meet clients' needs and provide current market conditions and property values.

Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, including photographing and staging properties, writing compelling descriptions, and advertising listings on various platforms.

Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and community members to generate leads and referrals.

Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire transaction process, including paperwork, inspections, and closing procedures.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, local real estate laws, and neighborhood developments.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a client-focused approach.

Knowledge: Familiarity with local real estate market and property values.

Technology: Proficiency in real estate software and tools, and basic computer skills.

Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
