As a commission-based agent, you will earn a percentage of the sales and deals you close, providing the potential for unlimited earnings based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Provide expert advice on the real estate market, including pricing, property value, and trends.
Conduct property showings and open houses to potential buyers.
Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the transaction process.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Market properties using various channels, including social media, online listings, and traditional methods.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for real estate.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Real estate license (or willingness to obtain it, if applicable in your area).
Access to a car and ability to travel to properties for showings and meetings.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, with no fixed salary. You will earn a percentage of every deal you successfully close.
The more deals you close, the more you can earn. There are no income limits in this performance-based position.
