Manage and expand your client base, driving sales and meeting targets.
Build lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed on trends and competitor activities.
Assist clients with property listings, organize viewings, and negotiate deals.
Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and pricing.
Maintain accurate records and report regularly on sales performance.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to grow your client base.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Additional languages: Hindi, Arabic, and French would be a plus.
Compensation
:
Salary: (Based on experience).
Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Visa: To be discussed during the interview (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate).
