Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice and guidance on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.

Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential clients.

Negotiate deals and ensure the best terms for both clients and the company.

Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and legal requirements in the Dubai real estate market.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent customer service skills

Valid UAE driving license.
