We are currently looking for an experienced

Real Estate Agent

with expertise in

off-plan properties

to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in off-plan property sales. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential buyers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals, while offering expert guidance on Dubai's latest off-plan projects. The most qualified candidates will have their CVs sent to multiple real estate companies for consideration, increasing the opportunity for placement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

Identify and engage with potential buyers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals in the Dubai real estate market

Off-Plan Property Expertise:

Provide guidance on off-plan projects, including market trends, ROI projections, payment plans, and the benefits of off-plan investment

Sales Process:

Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and sales meetings to present off-plan projects, close deals, and drive revenue

Negotiation & Closing:

Effectively negotiate deals and handle contract finalizations with clients, ensuring smooth transactions

Market Research:

Stay updated on the latest market trends, off-plan project launches, and regulatory changes in the real estate market

Lead Generation:

Use various digital platforms and networks to generate new leads and expand your client base

Key Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience with a strong focus on off-plan property sales

Market Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including key developers and investment hotspots

Sales Skills:

Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and close high-value deals

Networking:

Existing network of investors, clients, and real estate professionals is a plus

Language Skills:

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is an advantage

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and property listing platforms to generate leads and manage client relationships
