Real Estate Agent (Dubai)

AED 2,500 per month + 50/50 Commission

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, with a proven track record in property sales and rentals. Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. Provide expert advice on property prices, market trends, and legal requirements. Conduct property viewings and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws. Maintain and update property listings on various platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate, preferably within the Dubai market. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, pricing, and legal regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa.

Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary:

AED 2,500/month

Commission:

50/50 commission split based on sales performance

Additional Benefits:

Visa sponsorship (UAE Residency) for candidates without their own visa Health insurance as per UAE Labor Law Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
