Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Provide expert guidance on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients and help them navigate the real estate process Conduct property showings and open houses Negotiate contracts and close transactions successfully Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written) Strong communication and negotiation skills Sales-driven with excellent customer service abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with local real estate laws and market trends
