Position : Real Estate Agent/Investment manager
Location : Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. If you have at least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying, selling, and renting processes. Provide market insights and advise clients on property values, trends, and investment opportunities. Conduct property viewings and assist clients with property selections. Negotiate property deals and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations. Handle paperwork, including contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in real estate Proven track record in sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
