J n V Real Estate is looking for a proactive Real Estate consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and driven individual who wants to succeed in the real estate industry.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential investors with property consultancy needs. Maintain client relationships through calls and emails. Secure consultancy deals by preparing and presenting proposals. Market and promote property listings to attract buyers and tenants. Conduct market research to identify profitable investment opportunities. Stay updated on real estate regulations and maintain professional networks. Liaise with landlords, clients, legal professionals, and agents. Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients. Advise clients on property investments and purchasing decisions. Ensure long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Key Requirements:
Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory. UAE Driving License (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Immediate availability is preferred.
