Real Estate Broker (Commission-Based Only)

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Brokers to join our team at UPHUNT PROPERTIES. This is a

commission-based

position, where you'll earn a 50% commission split on each deal. We provide all the necessary resources, tools, and support to help you close successful transactions, so you can focus on building your business and growing your income.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and online platforms. Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and sellers. Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities. Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing of sales. Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Stay updated with the latest market trends, property listings, and relevant regulations in Dubai. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transactions and maximize business opportunities.

What We Offer:

50% commission split

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not required). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus. Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation is an advantage. Ability to work in a commission-based environment with the drive to succeed.
