We are looking for Senior Property Consultant Real Estate & Tele-caller to join our Team with valid UAE Valid Driving License.

Job description:

The position requires people who can collaborate as a broker with esteemed developers such as Emaar, Damac, Danube, Sobha, Binghatti and others, based on your skills. We provide updated marketing strategies, fresh campaigns, and leads specific to your projects, along with personalized marketing campaigns and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Selling Off plan real estate properties. Managing Clients relationship and 24/7 available for consultation. Conducting Property Model and site viewing if required . Prompt processing of applications and warming up of all leads. Creating and implementing various strategies for finding own clients. Achievement of monthly sales Target

Experience:

Proven experience of working minimum 1 year as a (Sr Property Consultant ) Real estate Agent and Tele-caller. Knowledge of working with CRM systems. Knowledge of the Dubai market and developers. English language proficiency level C1 or customer relationship management roles. Advanced skills in communication, computer usage, and problem-solving. Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
