Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process. - Conduct property viewings, provide comprehensive information and answer questions regarding properties and neighborhoods. - Research and create market analyses to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights. - Utilize various marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. - Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented. - Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide clients with updated information. - Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and home inspectors, to facilitate transactions.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role, preferably in the UAE market. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused attitude. - In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property valuation techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. - A valid real estate license in the UAE is preferred. - Tech-savvy with experience in using real estate CRM tools and online marketing platforms.
