off-plan properties

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to guide clients through the off-plan investment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers. Identify and engage potential investors and buyers. Provide clients with expert advice on market trends, property options, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers. Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, and real estate regulations. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective networking and negotiation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

off-plan real estate sales

in the UAE. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market and investment trends. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
