Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate Agents/Property Consultant, with a proven track record in the Dubai Real Estate Market, to join our diverse team.

We provide continuous training to agents with training sessions focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property.

Note : Do not apply if you do not have real estate experience in UAE.

Responsibilities:-

Prospecting for potential new clients Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client's criteria Achieve individual sales targets Network and expand contacts base Support in Marketing / Lead Generation Initiatives Promote the Company in a positive light to external stakeholders Regular contact with purchasers ensures awareness of current market activity and new opportunities. Keep up to date with the market, including new developments and regulation changes Act as an intermediary between Buyer and Seller Client Management

Requirements:-

Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai English is essential but other languages are preferred too Knowledge of Dubai's property market, including key areas and market dynamics preferred but not essential Excellent communication, presentation skills, and negotiation skills Strong work ethic RERA Card preferred but not essential Driving license is preferred but not essential
