Position Overview:

Seventy Two Real Estate LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Off-Plan / Secondary Market Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to acquire new property listings.

Ideal Candidate:

l Promote sales of off-plan properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

l Develop a strong understanding of off-plan property market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

l Successful track record closing deals in UAE Real Estate Secondary Sales & Off-Plan

l Establish a network with developers to stay updated on upcoming projects and offerings.

l Offer expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

l Maintain and update listings of available properties / Successful track record in acquiring new property listings

l Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and values.

l Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.

l Outstanding sales and negotiation skills

l Must Meet Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets

l Results-oriented

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of Real Estate Broker experience in Dubai.

Proficient in ENGLISH, RUSSIAN, GERMAN, FRENCH, etc... reading, writing, and speaking) with additional languages as an advantage.

Local Real Estate market knowledge Off-Plan & Secondary.

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Confidence in delivering effective presentations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferably experienced in the real estate market.
