Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Engage with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their property needs.
Lead Generation:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Property Listings:
Manage and update property listings on various platforms.
Market Research:
Stay updated on real estate trends, property prices, and regulations in the UAE.
Property Tours:
Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to ensure a win-win agreement.
Documentation:
Assist clients with legal documents, contracts, and mortgage options.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 6 month of experience in real estate sales (preferred) or strong sales background.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
