Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to purchase properties in the primary and secondary market .
Maintain in-depth knowledge of property developments, floor plans, and payment plans.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers and ensure up-to-date information on the latest projects and inventory.
Assist clients in understanding the purchasing process, documentation requirements, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Negotiate terms and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and changing regulations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong knowledge of the local property market, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
