Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up with leads provided by the company.

Conduct property viewings with prospective clients and explain key features and benefits.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Negotiate deals and assist clients through the sales process.

Meet or exceed sales targets within the first month of joining.

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Dubai.

Work from the office for 8-10 hours daily, demonstrating commitment and focus.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Ability: Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Driven and Self-Motivated: A goal-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.

Fluent in English: Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin) are a plus.

Valid UAE Driving License: Essential for client meetings and property visits. Resilience and Work Ethic: Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Flexibility: Willing to work extended hours when required.
