Role Overview
We're looking for dynamic and driven Real Estate Brokers to join our team full-time, on-site in Dubai, UAE. If you have a passion for real estate, exceptional people skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute real estate transactions (sales, leasing, and rentals).
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and manage day-to-day property brokerage activities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in brokerage and real estate transactions .
• Customer service and sales experience, with a client-first approach.
• Knowledge of real property management and local real estate regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills .
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Real estate license or certification is preferred.
