Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their unique property needs and preferences.
• Property Valuation: Conduct market research, comparative analysis, and evaluate properties to determine competitive market prices.
• Listing and Marketing: Create eye-catching property listings, marketing materials, and advertisements to attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Showings and Negotiation: Lead property showings, negotiate lease terms or sale prices, and facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Documentation and Contracts: Prepare and review lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of real estate market trends, property prices, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Networking: Collaborate with mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys, and other professionals to ensure seamless transactions and expand your network.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful property sales or rentals.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property pricing, and legal regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sales and marketing abilities with proficiency in using various advertising and promotional tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant state licensing and certification as required by local regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools.
