Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to purchase properties in the primary market (off-plan and newly launched developments).
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of property developments, floor plans, and payment plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers and ensure up-to-date information on the latest projects and inventory.
• Assist clients in understanding the purchasing process, documentation requirements, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Negotiate terms and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and changing regulations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the primary market.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid UAE driver's license.
