Job Summary:
The Real Estate Broker is responsible for facilitating property transactions by representing buyers, sellers, and renters in the real estate market. This role requires strong negotiation skills, in-depth market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favourable terms.
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, including lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Valid real estate broker license as required by state/local regulations.

- Proficiency in real estate software and tools, including MLS and CRM systems.
