This is a commission only role, a basic salary will be provided to cover costs

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who have the energy and drive to engage in selling in the Dubai Real Estate market. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting with property sales and rentals, and providing expert advice on the Dubai real estate market.

Strong communication skills are a must as this role will be responsible for managing client portfolios, negotiation at senior levels and closing deals.

Client Relations: Build and maintain relations with potential buyers, sellers, and tenants to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties assisting clients with their required documentation and parting knowledge of Dubai rules and regulations

Property Listing: ensure up-to date information is listed on the approved websites and maintained accordingly.updating property listing through available mediums, social media to attract new clients

Property Viewings : accompany clients to view property with full in depth knowledge of property pricing, location, amenities, and sales plans, closing deals: confident in closing deals, whilst negotiating price and condition

Customer Service: Exceptional service provider, where customer is always king. A real personal approach and deliver to every client, adrressing all their concerns or issues throughout the process.

Sales Targets: targets will be set which will need to be achieved in order to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Languages : Fluent in English

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.

Skills :

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Excellent knowledge of the Dubai property market and real estate regulations.

Proficient in using real estate platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
