Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Conduct property viewings and showcase exclusive listings.
Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements.
Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Actively source leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in real estate (UAE experience preferred).
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-focused individuals.
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
RERA certification or equivalent (support provided if needed)
Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
