Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the local property market, an ability to build relationships with clients, and the skill to negotiate deals. You will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored property recommendations.
• Offer expert guidance and advice on market conditions, property values, and potential investments.
• Property Listings & Marketing:
• Source and list properties for sale or rent through various channels, including online platforms and social media.
• Create and manage property advertisements, ensuring they are accurate, appealing, and up to date.
• Arrange property viewings and open houses for potential buyers or tenants.
• Sales & Negotiation:
• Assist clients in the negotiation of property prices, terms, and conditions of sale or lease.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and legally compliant.
• Drive and close property sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Stay updated on the latest property trends, values, and developments in the local market.
• Provide clients with comparative market analysis to help them make informed decisions.
• Advise clients on the best investment opportunities based on market insights.
• Transaction Management:
• Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or renting process from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
• Coordinate with legal teams, banks, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Oversee all documentation, including contracts, agreements, and property-related paperwork.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly.
• Follow up with clients post-sale or post-rent to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field (preferably in residential, commercial, or luxury real estate).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including pricing, trends, and property laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate listing platforms or CRM software.
• Valid real estate license or certification (as required by local regulations).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in [local language] and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with property investors, developers, and large portfolios.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Established network of contacts within the local real estate industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or rental goals.
• Ability to handle high-value transactions and negotiations.
