Requirements:

o? ?Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent

o? ?In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and property values.

o? ?Strong background in customer service and sales.

o? ?Familiarity with real property transactions.

o? ?Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o? ?Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to achieving sales goals.

o? ?Eager to learn and adapt to new knowledge and market trends.

o? ?Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

o? ?Existing relationships with buyers and sellers are an advantage.
