Key Responsibilities:

• Property Listings : Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions to attract buyers and renters.
• Market Knowledge : Stay up to date on the Dubai real estate market, including pricing trends, regulations, and new developments.
• Sales and Leasing : Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and seamless service.
• Negotiation : Conduct negotiations to secure the best terms for clients while ensuring compliance with company and legal policies.
• Documentation: Handle all required paperwork, contracts, and compliance procedures related to real estate transactions.
• Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold its reputation.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the Dubai real estate market.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, including property laws and regulations.
• Appearance: Presentable, professional demeanor.
• Networking: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-Motivation: A proactive approach with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, social media, and online property portals is a bonus.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driver's license and access to a car is mandatory
