Position: Real Estate Agent

Experience: At least one year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate market

As a Real Estate Agent at PHOREE, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the vibrant Dubai real estate landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Advisory : Providing expert advice to clients, guiding them through real estate investments, and helping them make informed decisions.
• Client Relationship Building : Cultivating and strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction in our services.
• Investment Expertise : Advising clients on investment and financial matters, helping them achieve their financial goals.
• High Net Worth Focus : Servicing existing high-net-worth client relationships while prospecting and converting new high-net-worth investors into clients.
• Network Development : Building a professional network within the high-net-worth community to expand our reach and influence.

Desired Skills & Expertise

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Real Estate Investment Experience : A minimum of two years of experience in Real Estate Investment advisory or a related field, demonstrating your expertise.
• Client Relationship Success : Proven track record of working with and building strong client relationships.
• Self-Motivation : Highly self-motivated, career-oriented team player with boundless enthusiasm for your work.
• Communication Prowess : Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English, with a clear and concise accent.
• Pressure Handling : Ability to thrive under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
• Professional Demeanor : Punctual, courteous, and presentable, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
• Educational Background : A university degree is preferred.
