Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and renters, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
• Market Research & Analysis : Stay updated on the latest property trends, market conditions, and pricing to provide clients with accurate information.
• Property Listings : Help clients list their properties, create compelling property descriptions, and market them across various platforms to attract potential buyers or renters.
• Showings & Tours : Organize and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and addressing client inquiries.
• Negotiation : Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms between clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Documentation & Paperwork : Ensure that all legal and contractual documents are properly completed, signed, and filed.
• Lead Generation : Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and other marketing strategies. Increase visibility and establish your personal brand within the market.
• Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, offering advice, and ensuring clients are informed throughout the process.
• Sales Performance : Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue through successful property transactions.
Requirements:
• Experience : Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers with a passion for real estate are welcome to apply.
• Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and stay motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Negotiation Skills : Basic understanding of negotiation tactics, with a willingness to learn and improve over time.
• Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with property listing platforms, CRMs, and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Local Market Knowledge : Understanding of the local property market and trends is preferred but not required.
• Real Estate License : A valid real estate license may be required depending on the location or company policy (or willingness to obtain one).

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
