The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and providing expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying properties. - Conduct property viewings and provide information on the property features, neighborhood, and pricing. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Prepare and present market analysis to clients, advising them on pricing strategies and market trends. - Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws. - Utilize various marketing strategies to promote listings, including online platforms, social media, and networking events. - Stay updated on the local real estate market, including new listings, sales trends, and neighborhood developments. - Attend open houses and industry events to network and build professional relationships. - Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire transaction process, addressing any client concerns promptly.



Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role, preferably in the UAE market. - Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics in Dubai. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Demonstrated sales ability and a proven track record of closing deals successfully. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Familiarity with property management software and real estate databases. - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. - Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
